TRAINING SYSTEM

Each training module developed by ADAPT consists of a Facilitator’s Guide, a Participants’ Book and a Power Point Presentation. Based on the participatory experiential training model, these modules enable the Facilitator to use the previous knowledge and experience of participants to enhance and expand the training contents through a range of engaging participatory activities and techniques. Complemented with cutting-edge e-learning technologies, ADAPT training activities and techniques are invigorating, rejuvenating, informative and tailored to the participants' abilities to ensure success.
